Effective as of March 2, 2021, you must contact our Customer Service Department to receive a Return Authorization Code in order to be eligible to have a return processed. Returns are only being accepted on orders dated March 2, 2021 and beyond. Orders placed prior to March 2, 2021 are not eligible to be returned.
Please read the following information carefully before contacting our Customer Service Department.
We take pride in the quality of our products and want to make sure that our valued customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased, you may return an opened or unopened product(s) in good condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. You will be issued a refund for the purchased price of the product(s) being returned minus the original shipping cost once the product(s) are received. The cost of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
If the products are shipped to another address other than the ship-to address on the order, no products can be returned. This means if the products are shipped to another address or Country once it was received at the ship-to address on the order, no products can be returned. No products can be returned if they are shipped to outside the United States.
If you ordered more than 1 of a specific product, only 1 of those products may be returned opened, all other products must be unopened and contain the original outer seal. Any additional products that are unsealed will not be refundable.
If 30 days has passed since your order was placed, we apologize, but we cannot accept any products for a return.
If a product(s) is shipped back to us without prior authorization, you will not receive a refund for the product(s). You may request that we ship the product(s) back to you, however, a return shipping label will need to be provided to us. If you do not request that we ship the product(s) back to you within 7 business days, the product(s) will be destroyed.
Our 30-Day Return Policy does not apply to all products that are sold on our website. Please see the “Return Exceptions” section below for product(s) that fall under “A Re-Stocking Fee” and/or “Final Sale” and are not eligible to be returned.

Once a package leaves the United States, we are not responsible for the package, and if it is lost or damaged you will not receive a refund as this order does not fall under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
