Shipping Information
ALL ORDERS SHIP OUT BETWEEN 2 – 3 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE ORDER. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE DROP-SHIPPED PRODUCTS. **
Beyond Health’s Shipping hours are as follows:
- Monday through Friday 9 am to 2 pm (ET)
- Saturday – Closed
- Sunday – Closed
Beyond Health is not held responsible for any order that is shipped to another address than the ship to address that appeared on the order. If the customer has the package shipped to them by another party and the package is damaged, lost, or not received in a timely matter, this falls on the customer who placed the order and not Beyond Health. All our products are sent out within the Shelf Life of the product to be taken from the parameter of the shipping date shipped from Beyond Health. If the products are shipped to a different address after being received from Beyond Health, the customer is responsible to have the products received so the products can be taken within the Shelf Life period of the product.
Beyond Health’s shipping warehouse is in Pocatello, Idaho.
Beyond Health ships orders via FedEx. Some orders will be shipped via USPS at Beyond Health’s discretion.
P.O. Box addresses will ship via USPS Only.

**Shipping parameters differ during all Holidays and Weekends. No Weekend Shipping. Holiday shipping can take 7 to 10 business days to ship, this includes Overnight and/or 2nd Day shipping.
**Shipping parameters differ during inclement weather anywhere in the USA that FedEx or USPS delivers to. If the area we are in comes under any severe weather alerts, our warehouse will shut down all outgoing shipping until it is safe for us to re-open our warehouse.
No Order Will Ship The Same Day
If you need an order to ship out Standard Overnight and/or 2nd Day the same day you place your order, YOU MUST CALL our office at 800-250-3063 before 1 pm (ET), Monday through Friday only and see if the option of Standard Overnight and/or 2nd Day is available to ship out the same day of your order.
All orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday for Standard Overnight and/or 2nd Day will ship out within 2 to 3 business days.
It is the customer’s responsibility to track the order not Beyond Health’s. A Tracking Number is provided on all orders.
Customers are responsible for entering their correct shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible to pay an additional shipping cost to re-ship the order. Re-Shipping fees are calculated by FedEx/USPS and are beyond our control and does not fall under our Flat Rate option. If you have just placed an order and realize that your shipping address was entered incorrectly, please contact us immediately. If the order has not been given a Tracking Number, we will be able to correct your address.
Orders shipped by FedEx
Once the order is picked up by FedEx from our warehouse, the responsibility of delivery falls solely upon the FedEx Shipping Guidelines. FedEx reserves the right after a delivery attempt is made that if FedEx feels it is unsafe to leave a package at the ship to address, the customer will have to pick up the package from a local FedEx facility in their area.
If there is a dispute of any kind such as but not limited to order not received and/or damaged package, the customer must contact Beyond Health within 3 business days of the delivered date. If Beyond Health is not contacted within the 3 business days Beyond Health will not be held responsible to file a claim and no refund or replacement would be provided on the order.
If the package is damaged, Beyond Health will file a claim with the FedEx claims department but Beyond Health is not held responsible for any FedEx dispute outcomes if you the customer did not request or pay for insurance on the order.
FedEx Delivery Disputes
Beyond Health is not responsible to refund or replace any package that shows “delivered” by FedEx. Please be sure you are shipping to a secure location.
If the customer is not home to receive the package, the customer will be held responsible for any packages that are removed, stolen, or misplaced by anyone at the delivery address. If Beyond Health is not contacted within 3 business days of the delivery date, Beyond Health will not be held responsible to file a missing package claim with FedEx. A refund or replacement would not be provided on the order.
Orders Shipped by USPS

Beyond Health is not held responsible to refund or replace any order on any USPS dispute outcome. USPS Delivery Disputes

FedEx Delivery Time
- Orders shipped via FedEx can take up to 1-10 business days for delivery. Delivery time can take longer due to factors out of our control.
- FedEx reserves the right to change any shipment from Ground to Home Delivery if it is under 70lbs. This decision is beyond our control.
- The default shipping method on our website is FedEx Standard Ground.

USPS Delivery Time
- Orders shipped via USPS can take up to 2-14 business days within the USA only. Delivery time can take longer due to factors out of our control.
- The default shipping method on our website is FedEx Standard Ground but your order can still be shipped USPS.

Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/DPO/FPO
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/DPO addresses are shipped via USPS. Flat Rate Shipping is $24.99 for orders up to $299.99 and delivery time may take up to 3 weeks.

Canada
Health Canada requires any Beyond Health Supplements sold in Canada be licensed in Canada. After careful review of these regulations, Beyond Health has made the difficult decision to cease distribution of our products into Canada.
Beyond Health is committed to upholding our promise of supplying only premium quality products with the purest formulations containing the highest bioavailability. In order to meet Health Canada regulations, our formulations would require drastic alterations resulting in supplements that vary so greatly from our current line of premium products, they would not be true to the Beyond Health name and commitment to quality. We apologize to our valued Canadian customers for being left without a source of high-quality supplements.
International Shipping Information
All International Shipping must go through a Freight Forwarding Company Only. Beyond Health is not shipping any International Orders through any other means.
**You must seek the assistance of a shipping company/freight forwarder that can handle the documentation and compliance for an overseas shipment. This extends beyond our legal responsibility for an overseas shipment and all liability resides solely with the purchaser. Beyond Health will not be held legally responsible for any shipment that is sent from a shipping company/freight forwarder and is not accepted by customs and the products cannot be returned or refunded if not accepted by customs from the Country that the shipping company/freight forwarder is shipping to. All orders placed to be shipped to a shipping company/freight forwarder is placed at the customer's discretion and does not fall under our return policy and cannot be refunded or replaced.
